On our Ford and Navistar rebuilt diesel engines, we replace all pistons, rings, bearings, bushings, gaskets and seals with new parts. All cylinder heads get new valves and the cylinder heads are vacuum tested to ensure quality. Cylinder blocks on our rebuilt diesel engines are tested, magnafluxed and decked on CNC machining tools. Connecting rods are de-magnatized and controlled for length, and all plugs are replaced. Our engines contain only brand new HEUI injectors, and are dyno tested for torque, power and other key indicators necessary for rebuilt diesel engines.
